Sleeps 4 plus a cot

 L'Athena is the smallest of our 3 gites and maintains many original features. Set over 2 floors, there is an open plan living area with sofa, combined satellite TV/video, DVD, music system, wood burning stove.  The fully equipped kitchen has a dining table, oven and hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge and freezer.
On the 1st floor there is a double bedroom, a single bedroom containing full size bunk beds and a separate showeroom. There is also a private enclosed garden with table, chairs, sunbeds, parasol and B-B-Q.

 L’Athena is perfect for either a summer holiday or winter let.  It is well insulated and cosy.  There is ducted heating from the wood burner into the master bedroom and a further storage heater in the 2nd bedroom.
